Catalyst offers 2 services: An Executive Fitness Mentorship or Distance Fitness Coaching

EXECUTIVE FITNESS MENTORSHIP

This program is a 3+ month adventure in building fitness into your lifestyle.
Together, we deep-dive into your habits, priorities, goals, and needs. Then we design a 100% custom program for your fitness with a focus on key habits that will make the progress you achieve sustainable long after we are done working together.
These habits address the 3 pillars of your health, which are explained below. This program is especially great for folks with extremely challenging schedules - usually executives and working parents. 

If you want a permanent solution to your self-care struggles, this is your answer.
​Due to the frequent in-person meetings and close relationship this service is only available in the Seattle area where I am based. Geographical exceptions can be made in specific cases.

PROFESSIONALS

Your work is a top priority. Performance is everything and you can't afford sick, slow, or "off" days.

The highest performers on Earth make time to support their health, generate more energy, and deal with their stress. As a result, their output is greater in quality and quantity.

However, each high performer is different. Their schedules, preferences, tolerances, lifestyles, and travel requirements make each of their health routines unique.

We will build you a customized program to maximize your performance without sacrificing your life in or outside of work.

PARENTS

More than half of my clients are mothers. They are absolutely dedicated to their families first, and also strive for meaningful careers and close relationships with friends.

Our time together helps you develop systems to recharge and focus inward for a change. Afterall, you can't pour from an empty cup.

It doesn't matter if you are a working single parent, an at-home parent holding down the fort, or part of a two-parent team with a full time job - you have very little time to focus on yourself.

We will build a flexible program to reclaim your health and take care of your own needs.

MENTORSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Your mentorship program will focus on 3 pillars of wellness.

This is not simply an exercise program.
In fact, the biggest difference between this fitness mentorship and traditional personal training is that we spend just as much time together OUTSIDE of the gym as we do in it.


All 3 pillars are coached face to face and managed online. We meet in person frequently at locations of your choosing.
It is common for us to go shopping together at your preferred grocery store, delivering training sessions at your gym,
​and practice new habits in your home.
Daily contact via phone or text is part of the program and I am available whenever you need to talk.

STATE MANAGEMENT

 Your ability to progress in life depends on your mental state. Specifically, your ability to manage stress and recovery.

Chronic fatigue or stress can lead to a host of hormone issues that fight against your personal and professional goals.

Through several key habits we build the tools to take control of your rest and recovery practices.

By the end of our mentorship you will be able to manage your mental/emotional state and generate more energy.

A calm, clear head always prevails. The trick is knowing how to achieve clarity.

NUTRITION

We don't use meal plans. They are inflexible and often call for too many behavior changes to be sustainable.

More importantly, they don't teach you anything.

Our nutrition program teaches you to make food decisions in any situation, whether you are traveling, at an event, at a restaurant, or cooking at home.

We also acknowledge that everyone has favorite foods. We teach you how to fit your favorites into your eating - guilt free.

We make eating well simple and flexible.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Your exercise program is customized to the demands of your goal, unique physiology, surroundings, and schedule.

What this means is you will have a program delivering the exact dose of the right exercises you need to meet your goals without wasting time.

Using a thorough movement assessment, physical activity history discovery, in-person training sessions, and goal setting, we determine what you want, need, and the most direct way to get it without upsetting your life.

DISTANCE FITNESS COACHING

If you are not in the Seattle Area (or even if you are but can't meet in person) I've got you covered.

​The Distance Fitness Coaching program is carried out 100% online. Your exercise and nutrition programming is monitored through my delivery software and accessible to you 24/7 by both web and mobile app.

We cover the 3 pillars with basic habit formation, however this program works best for folks with some previous exercise experience.

Frequent communication through text, phone, and even video chat helps keep you accountable to the habits we select to help you meet your goals. Your nutrition program will teach flexible portion control techniques so you can stay on plan in any situation. Exercise programming covers effective warm-up routines, cardio, weight training at home or the gym, and includes video form instruction along with the usual individualised exercise selection, sets and reps, and planned progression until your goal is reached.

No more showing up to the gym and wondering what you should do that day. No need to wonder if the exercises you chose are actually helping you get the results you want. Never question your workout again but getting your program designed by an experienced professional.
